Policy Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you buy at www.leonisa.com meets the highest standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can exchange or return it easily and quickly up to 60 days after purchase. The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used, with the labels still on and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of panties, masks, balaclavas and boxers, except when factory defects have been identified.
- You can exchange or return products that have not been used up to 60 days (2 months) after purchase.
- These items must be in perfect condition, with the labels still on and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of intimate garments such as men's panties and boxers, except when factory defects have been identified.
- For exchanges and returns, the cost of shipping the original order is non-refundable, and the cost of shipping to Leonisa is borne by the consumer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or late delivery, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
- Print the Exchange and Returns Form and follow the instructions for a quick and easy return or exchange.

To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have up to 60 days to return the product. Follow the instructions on the Exchange and Returns Form. The full value of the returned products will be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Once the refund is confirmed, it takes 2 to 3 business days for the disbursement of the money to be reflected on the card.
For changes, you have up to 60 days from receipt of the product to send it to Leonisa, following the steps on the Changes and Returns Form. Take into account the exchange modalities below:
- Exchange for products of the same value: The exchange is made and no additional charge or money refund is generated.
- Exchange for lower value products: The difference will be credited to the card used in the original transaction or PayPal. It takes 2 to 3 business days for the disbursement to be reflected in the account.
- Exchange for higher value products: The difference will be charged to the card used in the original transaction. If the purchase was through PayPal, a return must be made and a new order generated.
